Selpaw Services may change the prices published on the website at any time. Prices of products placed in the ‘basket’ but not paid for are also subject to change and you agree to pay the price current at the time of payment. While every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of prices, images and information displayed on this site, Selpaw Services is not responsible for any error and reserves the right to accept or reject your offer for any reason, including without limitation, the unavailability of any product, an error in the price, image or the product description posted on this website, or an error in your order. We may require additional verification or information before accepting any order. We only accept orders from within mainland Australia and Tasmania and New Zealand. Within this area, our policies as to delivery and returns apply as set out in these Terms of Use. Your order shall only be considered accepted when it has been despatched.
11. About our prices and payment methods
All prices are inclusive of GST. Prices displayed on online are current at the time of issue, but may change at any time and are subject to availability. Prices and availability of items are subject to change without notice. Where permitted in all states, we reserve the right to limit sales. We only accept payment via the following methods; Bank Deposit, Paypal, eWay and Australia Post Money Order, unless negotiated otherwise.
12. Delivery
Subject to stock availability and in accordance with the payment conditions outlined above, orders will be despatched within 2 – 5 working days after the receipt of purchase order & payment. All freight costs will be borne by the purchaser. These costs may include insurance, import and export duties, and any other fees or charges imposed by government agencies or officials. The purchaser is responsible for any loss or damage to goods in transit by any courier or postal service.
13. Returns policy

RETURNS are generally not accepted for change of mind. If return is accepted for return a restocking fee of up to 20% may apply. Shipping charges are not refundable. This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken.
All products must be returned in their original condition. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. We recommend that you return the product via Registered post and that you pre pay all postage.
You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit & therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. We will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase or the item does not work or becomes faulty please contact us as soon as possible. All items have warranty and will vary per product – generally listed for each item.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
14. Title and risk
Title to the goods purchased from Selpaw Services does not pass from Selpaw Services to you until we have received payment in full for the goods. All risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery to the courier or postal service you have selected.
15. Disclaimer of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Selpaw Services will not be liable in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, for any direct, indirect, special, consequential or punitive loss or damages or any loss or damages whatsoever, including (but not limited to) loss of use, data, or profits, arising out of or in connection with: (1) the use, copying, or display of the contents of this site; (2) goods or services supplied by Selpaw Services under these Terms of Use; or (3) a failure or omission on the part of Selpaw Services to comply with its obligations under these Terms of Use.
16. Limitation of liability
Our total liability to you (if any) in connection with this site, or with these Terms of Use or any goods or services supplied under them, will be limited, at our election, to: (1) in the case of information or services supplied or offered by us, the re-supply of the information or services or payment of the cost of doing this; (2) in the case of goods supplied or offered by us, repair or replacement of the goods, supply of equivalent goods, or payment of the cost of doing this; and/or (3) the amount paid by you (if any).

Selpaw Services and its related companies, affiliates, licensors or licensees, and their respective directors, officers, employees or agents make no representation or warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, currency or reliability of the information contained on Selpaw Services (including in relation to any products or services). To the extent permitted by law, none of them will be liable or responsible in any way (including in negligence) for errors in, or omissions from, the information contained on this site.
